As a member of the Swedish neocon party I had the privilege to go to Stockholm and meet up with some of our rulers. The man with the ponytail is neocon Anders Borg. He's the man with the money as we say in Sweden. In the US you would call him chief head master of the treasury. Your man with the money looks dull and has no ponytail and you need a ponytail when you're the man with the money.
